|How to cook|
|１ Mix the Joshinko, Brown sugar (30 g), and baking powder.|
|２ Cut off the tofu in another bowl and mix it with a whisk to make it smooth.
Sieve 1 and mix with a rubber spatula.
|３ Round 2 into four equal parts. Arrange in a circular shape with a diameter of 5 cm,
drill a hole of about 2 cm in the center, and make it into a ring shape.
|４ Fry them for 2-3 minutes at 170 ℃. Turn them over and fry for 2 to 3 minutes by Dr.Fry.|
