How to cook
1 Mix the Joshinko, Brown sugar (30 g), and baking powder.
2 Cut off the tofu in another bowl and mix it with a whisk to make it smooth.
  Sieve 1 and mix with a rubber spatula.
3 Round 2 into four equal parts. Arrange in a circular shape with a diameter of 5 cm,
  drill a hole of about 2 cm in the center, and make it into a ring shape.
4 Fry them for 2-3 minutes at 170 ℃. Turn them over and fry for 2 to 3 minutes by Dr.Fry.
5 While its hot, dip a mixture of brown sugar (27 g) and cocoa.
